Terms of play

Secrets in the Club is a fictional online game with flirty, suggestive themes. There's no explicit content, and we want to keep it that way. By creating an account or playing, you agree to these terms.

Who can play

  • You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that's higher.
  • Give your real date of birth. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed.
  • One account per person. Keep your password private; you're responsible for what happens on your account.

House rules

  • Keep it suggestive, not explicit: no nude or sexual images, and no sexually explicit messages, posts or profiles.
  • Nothing involving minors, ever. This means an immediate permanent ban, and we report it to the authorities.
  • No harassment, threats, hate speech, or sharing other people's personal information.
  • The game stays in the game: don't solicit, advertise or sell anything, don't offer or request real-world services of any kind, and don't share contact details or arrange to meet players offline.
  • No cheating: no bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or exploiting bugs. If you find a bug, tell us.
  • Don't pretend to be staff.

If someone makes you uncomfortable, block them and tell staff. Staff may remove content, and warn, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.

The game

  • Characters, events and places are fictional.
  • In-game cash, kisses and items have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money.
  • We may change, reset or end features, and the game is provided as it is, without guarantees.

Purchases

  • You can buy packages of kisses and perks (such as VIP) with real money in the VIP Lounge. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay, on our pricing page and in the game. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
  • Every purchase is a one-off payment. Nothing renews or charges you again by itself.
  • What you buy is delivered to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Perks last for the days shown, adding to any time you have left.
  • Kisses, perks and everything else in the game are a licence to use them in the game. They have no cash value, can't be cashed out, sold for real money or moved outside the game, and can't be used in the High Roller Lounge.
  • Refunds follow our refund policy. If a payment is refunded or disputed with your bank, what it bought is taken back, and kisses you've already spent are owed from the kisses you get later. While a dispute is open, buying with money is paused on your account.
  • You can spend up to $200.00 in a day.
